El Indio Bakery Reviews

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?! I have worked in the wedding/event industry for over 10 years. And we’ve used El Indio Bakery for catering our company holiday parties prior to the pandemic. When we started thinking of who we wanted to hire for our wedding, a good friend of ours recommended we ask about them catering a wedding instead of a corporate/company event. Although an unconventional idea…..IT WAS THE BEST IDEA we had. Now, the first thing anyone remembers at a wedding apart from the bride and groom….is the food….and it’s been a month now that we’ve been married and our friends and family keep talking about how delicious the churassco was, the moro, the chicken, ALL OF IT. I'd recommend them for any and all events. They went above and beyond. xoxo, Olivia & Giuseppe

This place is great, they open at 04:00 am Monday to Saturday or 5 am on Sundays, the quality of their pastries and food is great and worth the try. Stop by and enjoy i believe you won't regret it.

This place is great. They make kick butt cuban sandwiches and they bake everything. They are my go to birthday stop. They sell cakes in packages that come with other food. They deserve a amazing food award!

Fantastic Service, Great Food, Beautiful Attitudes versus other bakeries in Hialeah Fla. The Lady owner ( La India) and family is always there to serve you everyday. The customer is “ Always “ treated right not like others “ Shumeria Bakeries around town “ Open at 4 am everyday Yes, they do have “ Leche envaporada “ for your coffee every single day. A giant can for everyone. Hidden Gem the only challenge is their parking. However, if you come this far you will always find a spot. I guarantee it! Welcome home to the best in Hialeah Fla Any order is always possible, just simple ask Lo mejor de Hialeah ( El Indio) con la India

Best cuban bread in Hialeah. We’ve made it a habit at home: get up early in the morning and get hot fresh baked bread and croquetas for breakfast. Their pastelitos and variety of sweets is great as well. Highly recommend this bakery!!

This is my favorite favorite bakery in Miami can't go wrong with it it has the most delicious flavors in our Cuban specialties of fine desserts and the beauty of decoration in the cakes is incredible but the flavor is the best so it's all good all around a must must try

100% recommend! They catered my daughter’s 15s birthday dinner party and their churrasco was phenomenal and very abundant with portions. I have ordered from El Indio Bakery in the past for several events and their quality in food is always amazing.

El Indio bakery IS what any other bakery in Hialeah aspires to become: a local, fast-service eatery with the best quality foods, for a great price, and always accompanied with the warmest smile! The staff has always treated me wonderfully and they are very fast and attentive. The best croquettes in Hialeah no question! The unbeatable flavor of the Bacalao (cod fish) croquette cannot be found in many other bakeries, specially the House croquettes which are bigger than the normal. I extremely recommend their ajiaco soup for great value and authentic Cuban flavor, whoever cooks this soup knows how to do it right! This place is recommended on my local Hialeah guide! Recommended and will keep coming back! Keep up the good work, El Indio!
